Level 2 – Advanced Training
Next Level 2 from 11. - 13. March 2026
About the Advanced Training
This 3-day advanced training deepens the foundational knowledge gained in Level 1 of Integrative Attachment Therapy (IAT) and focuses on the differentiated clinical application to various adult attachment styles. Participants will learn to identify and treat insecure attachment patterns—such as avoidant, ambivalent, and disorganized styles—in an individualized and targeted manner.
At the core of the training is finely attuned therapeutic work based on the inner structure, dynamics, and lived experience of each client. Drawing on the Three Pillars framework, therapeutic interventions will be further refined and adapted to meet the needs of specific attachment constellations.
The content is delivered through lectures, live demonstrations, group discussions, and intensive small-group practice—including role plays that address typical relational patterns and therapeutic responses. The training also includes opportunities for self-exploration, collegial supervision, and building confidence in applying the method.
Format:
The seminar spans three full days and will be conducted in English. For participants who wish to follow the training in German, an optional AI-assisted simultaneous translation is available for an additional fee.
This advanced training will not be led by Stefan Passvogel but by the international IAT faculty: Dr. David Elliott (USA) and Dr. Nigel Denning (Australia), who will travel to Germany to lead the seminar in person.
